It's actually really easy to make a cat perch and you don't have to be a rocket scientist either. What you need to make a cat window perch is the proper parts for sure. We'll start off right now by telling you that if you don't use really good suction cups, your cat window shelf will fail. We'd tell you where to get the good ones but that would be foolish now wouldn't it. And if you want a really good fabric like the fabric we use for our cot, expect to pay about $24 to $35 a yard.
