Here's our Kitty Cot guarantee. We want you and your cat(s) to be totally happy with our product. We believe your cat(s) will absolutely love this new cat perch system and we want you as the human to respect our guarantee. If you're dishonest we'll make sure that My Cat Hates You. If you find that your cat(s) don't use their Kitty Cot(s) within 3 weeks of setting it up, this is what to do. Please call us at 206-409-0229 or email us. We'd like to know why they aren't using it. Maybe it's a placement issue or it's to high for your cat(s) to get to or get used to, or you didn't read the measurements of the Kitty Cot and it's too big for the window or area of placement and it's possible you didn't read the Instructions Page before you bought, or they just plain don't like it. Now here's the solution. You want your money back, which we will promptly return to you, but we don't want the Kitty Cot(s) back. We would much rather save our planet from excess boxes and gas on shipping it back to us. Please do us a favor and find a friend who has a cat or cats, a non-profit pet organization or association and pass it on to them. Tell them it's a gift from our cat Duncan who helped us design the Kitty Cot. We really don't want to create stuff for landfills! We think we have a great product for some but not all. We also believe we've designed an important pet product for years of good use. It is though important to remember, it's about us as a society that can make a difference. Individuals like ourselves can create momentum for change. We do need more people in this world to stick up for what is right, what is fair and just, and not only for what we think we deserve. Karma has a strange way of sorting things out. We believe you know what is right for you as well as others around you. We support your decision!
