We have a 90 Day Warranty against defects. We have 3 Kitty Cots up and all our cats use them. They have all been up since 2007 and show literally very little signs of wear. My "guarantee" to you is that your cat(s) will like the Kitty Cot and use it. It may take time but I think they will use it. The parts used in the Kitty Cot are mostly made in the USA. I can't guarantee all parts are USA materials but I think a lot of them are, like the fabric comes usually from South Carolina or Seattle and sewn by a company here in Seattle @ http://www.commercialfabricproducts.com/. The PVC pipe is from local Home Depots or Lowes here in Seattle, made in the USA. The stainless steel cables are from a southern California manufacturer. The suction cups are from a company here in the good 'ol USA and are patented and hold 15 pounds per suction cup and I'm not telling you where I get them because these are the best money can buy. The steel clips which attach the suction cups to the cables are chromed steel and are made in Taiwan and are tough. I know, I have to snap each cup to the cable... The Kitty Cots are assembled one at a time by me (Jim Howard) the maker. Remember... If you or your cat(s) don't like them I'll refund all of your MONEY but you pay shipping the Kitty Cots back to me in Seattle.
